Shipping Information
We ship orders throughout Germany and Europe via DHL or UPS. For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
After receipt of payment or order confirmation, goods are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Typical delivery times:
• Germany: 1–2 working days
• International deliveries: 3–4 working days
Delivery times may be longer for larger order quantities from 1 m² per product. Delays may also occur after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, particularly for international deliveries.
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery time, a transit-time complaint may be submitted after 5 working days without a tracking scan. A formal investigation may be requested after 10 working days without a scan or booking.
If an incorrect delivery address causes the parcel to be returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the return and reshipping costs.
Packaging & Storage
Significant temperature fluctuations during transport, particularly in winter, may cause condensation and oxidation. Please unpack the material after delivery and store it appropriately. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by improper storage.

Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using MeinEinkauf.ch . MeinEinkauf.ch handles the customs clearance and delivers your order directly to your address.
Payment Methods
A range of secure payment methods is available for your order. Many online payments are processed by the payment service provider Mollie. PayPal and additional payment options are provided via PayPal Checkout.
The payment methods available for your order may depend on the billing and delivery country, currency, order value and approval by the relevant payment service provider. The options available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Advance Payment
Transfer the order amount to our bank account and include your order number as the payment reference. Your order will be dispatched after payment has been received.
Purchase on Account
Approved business customers and public institutions from Germany and Austria may pay by invoice. The payment term is 30 days net. Prior verification and approval of the company details is required.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account.
Credit and Debit Card
Pay conveniently using a commonly accepted credit or debit card. Depending on availability, the secure payment will be processed by Mollie or PayPal Checkout.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Apple Pay or Google Pay may be used for fast payment with a compatible device.
Bank-based Payment Methods
Depending on the country and availability, payment methods such as SEPA Direct Debit, Pay by Bank, Wero or iDEAL, Bancontact and eps may be offered.
Regional Payment Methods
Depending on the billing country, additional payment methods such as BLIK, Przelewy24, Multibanco, MB WAY, Satispay, Vipps, MobilePay or OXXO may be available.
Pay Later and Provider-based Invoice Payments
Subject to availability and successful approval, Klarna, Billie, Billink or PayPal Pay Later may be selected.
